It is Vividha's firm conviction that it is essential to also work with mass media to build a violence free and equity based society where women and other marginalized communities are treated as equals and with dignity. Vividha therefore has decided to work as a Media Resource Center. To achieve this goal we have multi pronged strategy.

• To have continuous dialogue with main stream media and to act as a pressure group to fight for more space for the news related to the deprived people.

• To build the journalistic capacity of Rural youth to have better controll on mass media.

• To reach out to the masses through small and medium news papers, organizations and individuals through our news and feature service.

• To promote alternative media like Ujala Chhadi, Hamari Awaz etc. to give converge to the news of deprived people which do not get coverage in main stream media.
